Design Partner, Broadstone Books

Stephanie is a professional artist and art educator. As a partner of the LLC she is responsible for business continuity. She serves as resident artist and design consultant for Broadstone Books, heading up the design team. She is also curator of the JCM Gallery, the visual arts arm of the company.

Sheila Bucy Potter

Editor-in-Chief, Broadstone Books

As our editor-in-chief, Sheila is primarily responsible for the literary operation of Broadstone, working with other editors to select manuscripts for publication, and for working with authors to finalize their manuscripts.

Morgan Saylor

Business Operations & Marketing Director, Broadstone Media LLC

Morgan is a marketing professional with a background in the financial, real estate, and health services industries. She brings that expertise to her position as our marketing director, working with the rest of our team to produce marketing content to assist our authors in promoting their books. She advises on all aspects of print and on-line promotion. In her capacity as business manager, she leads the transition of the company to a collaborative team-based operation.

Jeremy Wooldridge

Design Associate, Broadstone Books

Jeremy is a graphic design and marketing professional, working with the design team to create original artwork, prepare covers and texts of our books for printing, and create additional promotional materials.

Eileen Bunch

Associate Editor, Broadstone Books

Eileen is the third Transylvanian on the Broadstone Books team, an honors graduate in Writing, Rhetoric, & Communication who brings all of those skill to her capacity as an associate editor in the marketing department, preparing promotional texts for forthcoming titles, assisting with event planning and other activities, advising on social media, and working with the literary department to prepare manuscripts for publication.

Samantha Ratcliffe

Senior Editor, Broadstone Books

Sam is an author, educator, and singer-songwriter currently pursuing her MFA at the University of Kentucky. She brings a wealth of life and work experience to her capacity as editor in the literary department of Broadstone, primarily responsible for manuscript selection and preparation. She understudies all aspects of publishing operations with the expectation of assuming the publisher position in years to come.

Ashley Johnson

Design Associate, Broadstone Books

Ashley is currently finishing her BFA in studio art at Transylvania University. A professional artist since her teens, she works with the design team to create original artwork, prepare covers and texts of our books for printing, and produce marketing and promotional materials. In addition she is our lead liaison with Amazon, responsible for posting our titles on their site.

DeeCee

Office Cat, Broadstone Books

An essential member of our team, DeeCee (aka “Downtown Cat”) is best known for photo-bombing all of our Zoom events and meetings. Her duties include making sure that no pens remain unattended or unchewed on desktops, and most importantly for occupying laps to enforce frequent breaks.
